The CompanyThis is an exciting B2C SaaS start up within the FinTech space. They operate on a global scale throughout Europe, Australia and USA. Having raised a pre-seed investment they’re now looking to hire a Head of Marketing.
The RoleThe Head of Marketing will be responsible for overseeing and implementing strategies for all marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative.
Key Responsibilities● Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material) internally and externally.● Understand our customers biggest pain points and find the most efficient ways to communicate the company value proposition● Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)Responsible for the company's digital presence (SEO, PPC, Email and Social etc.) ● Responsible for end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns, analyse campaigns, consumer trends and the competitive landscape. ● Manage a current marketing team i.e. lead, coach and develop Experience / Requirements● Solid understanding of the SaaS sector● 10+ years B2B or B2C SaaS/Technology-based marketing experience ideally in a hyper-growth start-up● Excellent copywriting capabilities● Capable of independently managing multiple projects, delivering on deadlines● Ability to communicate ideas at Board level through to individual team members● Solid understanding of modern (digital) marketing techniques (PPC, SEO)
