This leading art dealership seeks a creative Social Media & Content Manager to lead the gallery’s digital strategy across all platforms. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in the art, design, or luxury sectors, with a strong track record in audience growth, campaign management, and content strategy. This role blends creativity and strategy to translate the gallery’s programming and brand values into engaging digital storytelling for global audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Management
Develops and implements a comprehensive bi-annual social media strategy aligned with the company’s global marketing objectives and rebrand direction.
Manages daily execution of the company’s social media channels, including content planning, posting, community engagement, and audience development.
Leads organic growth initiatives across key platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels), ensuring a consistent brand tone, aesthetic, and voice.
Oversees paid social campaigns, including planning, budget allocation, audience targeting, creative briefing, and performance reporting.
Maintains and circulates a detailed monthly content calendar for approval by the Director of Marketing.
Monitors and reports quarterly analytics, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
Supports the social media strategy for Carpenters Workshop Jewellery (CWJ), ensuring alignment with the overarching brand identity and audience segmentation.
Content Creation & Production
Leads content planning and creative development for all social and marketing materials in collaboration with internal content and studio teams.
Oversees the production of video, photography, and digital assets, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with gallery programming and brand aesthetics.
Manages the content team — including videographers, photographers, editors, and freelancers — to deliver high-quality, on-brand materials.
Works closely with the Studio team on production logistics for exhibitions, art fairs, and special projects.
Collaborates with the CRM Manager to coordinate content for eBlasts and digital campaigns, ensuring consistency across all channels.
Maintains a comprehensive archive of digital assets and supports the web team in updating and managing online content.
Events, Partnerships & Campaigns
Collaborates on the digital amplification of gallery events, art fairs, and brand partnerships, ensuring cohesive storytelling across all channels.
Supports the development of partnership proposals and content plans, contributing creative direction and digital activation concepts.
Manages and executes social media coverage for live events, artist talks, and gallery openings.
Works cross-departmentally to ensure consistent and integrated content across physical and digital platforms.
Marketing Support
Assists in the creation of public-facing marketing assets, including press kits, video content, and digital materials.
Ensures consistent application of brand guidelines across all content formats and channels.
Monitors industry trends, platform developments, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and enhanced engagement.
Experience & Skills
3–5 years of experience in social media and content management within the art, design, or luxury industries.
Proven success in building and engaging online audiences through both organic and paid strategies.
Established track record in managing social media budgets, executing paid campaigns, and reporting on performance and ROI.
Exceptional skills in copywriting, visual storytelling, and creative direction.
Strong proficiency with analytics and marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and HubSpot.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, international environment.
