A B2B SaaS company is seeking a strategic and growth-oriented Product Marketing Manager with proven B2B SaaS experience to lead the marketing of its aviation data product suite. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving awareness, adoption, and product success by deeply understanding target audiences and collaborating closely with the Product, Sales, and Client Success teams to develop and execute impactful growth campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Positioning - Responsible for crafting clear, customer-focused messaging that effectively communicates product value and distinguishes offerings from competitors. Works collaboratively with Product and Commercial teams to align on project plans and timelines.
Demand Generation & Go-to-Market Execution - Leads the development and execution of go-to-market strategies to support product growth, new feature rollouts, and launches. Designs and implements targeted campaigns tailored to specific sectors to boost visibility and generate leads. Partners with Client Success and Sales teams to refine user journeys and improve conversion. Monitors and optimises campaign performance based on data and insights.
Market & Competitor Intelligence Conducts - continuous market research to uncover trends, opportunities, and emerging threats. Analyzes competitor activity and customer segments to inform strategic decisions and ensure competitive product positioning. Builds and strengthens relationships with industry partners to enhance market presence.
Standardisation & Communication Drives - consistency in product naming, language, and messaging across internal and external communications. Manages the creation and maintenance of commercial assets, including sales battlecards and product positioning materials. Implements structured feedback loops between Commercial and Marketing teams to inform ongoing product and messaging improvements.
Required Experience
3–5 years of experience in a B2B product marketing role
Demonstrated success in SaaS marketing with a track record of driving growth
Proficient in digital and analytical tools, including Salesforce, Account Engagement, Google Analytics, CMS platforms, and WordPress
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to support product growth initiatives
Skilled in leveraging customer insights, market trends, and competitor analysis to guide product strategy and go-to-market planning
Strong communication skills with experience managing diverse stakeholders
Highly organised, proactive, and driven by data
Collaborative team player with a solution-focused mindset
Preferred Experience:
Background in aviation, aerospace, or transportation data and analytics
Understanding of customer segmentation across different regions and industry sectors
