This marketing agency is hiring a commercially minded, hands-on Media Strategist to own and scale paid campaigns across Google and Meta, while supporting expansion into new platforms.

As a UK-headquartered business operating globally, strong professional English communication is essential.

You will take full ownership of assigned products, accountable for lead volume, CPA, quality, and margin performance. Reporting to the Head of Media, you’ll execute strategy while driving day-to-day optimisation and growth.

This is a delivery-focused role with clear commercial performance expectations — not a coordination position.
