This marketing agency is hiring a commercially minded, hands-on Media Strategist to own and scale paid campaigns across Google and Meta, while supporting expansion into new platforms.
As a UK-headquartered business operating globally, strong professional English communication is essential.
You will take full ownership of assigned products, accountable for lead volume, CPA, quality, and margin performance. Reporting to the Head of Media, you’ll execute strategy while driving day-to-day optimisation and growth.
This is a delivery-focused role with clear commercial performance expectations — not a coordination position.
Responsibilities
Lead paid media strategy and execution for assigned products
Build, launch, and scale campaigns across Google Ads and Meta
Deliver against defined CPA, ROAS, and margin targets
Monitor performance daily and implement decisive optimisations
Test new creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing page approaches
Support expansion into additional channels (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Native, Programmatic) where commercially viable
Collaborate with Tech, Ops, and Content teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
Turn data into insight — spot trends, diagnose issues, and recommend clear action plans
Use generative AI tools to research markets, analyse performance, and uncover efficiency and growth opportunities
Provide structured, concise performance reporting to the Head of Media
Qualifications
3–7 years’ paid media experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta (5+ years preferred)
Proven track record managing lead generation campaigns with full commercial accountability
Demonstrated success delivering against strict CPA and performance targets
Strong analytical skills, confident working with performance data on a daily basis
Commercially astute — focused on profitability and scalable growth, not just traffic volume
Experience across additional platforms (e.g., Bing, YouTube, Native, TikTok) is a plus
Comfortable using generative AI tools to enhance research, analysis, and campaign performance
Exceptional written and spoken English (business-level, client-ready) is essential
Experience marketing to UK or other native English-speaking markets is highly advantageous
High-ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment
Ideally currently based in Dubai; outstanding candidates requiring relocation support may be considered
