Key Responsibilities

Defines and implements marketing and communication strategies in line with the organisation’s overall marketing plan
Leads and coordinates all marketing initiatives to drive business opportunities and engagement
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to effectively promote the company’s products and services
Delivers creative marketing campaigns to inform and attract both customers and prospects
Monitors and evaluates the performance of all marketing efforts to ensure effectiveness
Tracks and analyses competitor marketing activity to identify trends and opportunities
Manages, mentors, and supports the development of team members

Qualifications

Holds a relevant marketing qualification
Possesses over 5 years of professional experience in marketing
Has a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing management roles
Demonstrates strong multitasking abilities and project management skills
Exhibits excellent verbal, written, and organizational capabilities
Equipped with the technical expertise required to execute marketing communications and design initiatives
