A dynamic live events and concert production company is looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Director to lead the brand, drive ticket sales, and elevate the marketing efforts across all channels.
Responsibilities
Lead and execute the day-to-day marketing strategy across all ticketed events
Drive ticket sales through data-driven, commercially focused campaigns
Manage and develop a team of 3–4 marketing executives across paid media, social, email/CRM, and OOH
Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery from launch through on-sale, peak sales periods, and final push
Partner closely with the Founder to assume full ownership of ongoing marketing operations
Analyse sales performance, audience insights, and campaign data to continuously optimise ROI
Deliver fully integrated 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, partnerships, PR, influencer, and out-of-home
Brief and manage internal teams and external agencies with clear objectives and accountability
Set campaign KPIs, budgets, and performance benchmarks across channels
Align marketing calendars with event timelines, ticket strategies, and revenue targets
Identify new growth opportunities, audience segments, and innovative marketing approaches for live events
Requirements
Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role (Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, or Senior Marketing Manager) within events, live entertainment, ticketed attractions, or similar high-volume consumer sectors
Demonstrated track record of driving ticket sales and revenue through multi-channel marketing campaigns
Strong experience managing and deploying substantial marketing budgets with a clear focus on ROI, efficiency, and revenue growth
Comprehensive understanding of 360° marketing, including paid media, social, CRM/email, PR, partnerships, and out-of-home
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to oversee day-to-day marketing operations as well as strategy
Experience managing and developing small marketing teams
Strong commercial mindset with a focus on performance, conversion, and measurable return
Excellent analytical skills, with confidence interpreting sales data and marketing performance metrics
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, launch-driven environments while managing multiple concurrent campaigns
