The Role

Reporting to the Senior Data Growth Manager, the role will turn player, catalogue, and gameplay data into actionable insights that inform product direction and live operations strategies.

Ideal for an ambitious analyst with a mobile free-to-play mindset, the position requires balancing player experience with commercial levers such as retention, monetisation, and lifetime value. Working with Product, Growth, and Community teams, the analyst will connect data with creative decision-making, delivering insights and strategies that enhance the company’s unique catalogue-as-content model and bring the joy of singing to millions worldwide.
