An award-winning innovator in dental media and technology, currently transforming the dental industry, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join its team.
The organisation is looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of paid media, conversion optimisation, and performance measurement across its dentistry events. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who enjoys refining campaign performance, identifying user drop-off points, and leveraging insights to drive smarter decisions — particularly within a fast-paced events environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving attendee registrations, improving conversion rates, and ensuring marketing budgets are allocated to the highest-performing channels.
Responsibilities
Planning and executing paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn (where relevant) to drive free event registrations
Leading conversion rate optimisation (CRO) across event websites and registration journeys, including landing pages, messaging, and forms
Tracking and improving conversion performance from click through to completed registration
Overseeing measurement and reporting, including GA4, UTMs, dashboards, and cost-per-lead (CPL) tracking
Analysing campaign performance and presenting clear insights with actionable recommendations
Collaborating closely with Event, Commercial, and Content teams to align marketing activity with event timelines
Leading creative briefs for digital campaigns, working with internal and external designers to ensure assets are on-brand, performance-focused, and delivered on schedule
Partnering with the Marketing Executive to plan and deliver always-on campaigns that drive year-round growth across events and awards brands
Briefing and managing external agencies or freelancers when specialist expertise is required
Qualifications
Minimum of five years’ experience managing paid digital campaigns for events
Strong understanding of CRO best practices and reducing friction within user journeys
Confident in analytics, data interpretation, and performance reporting
Comfortable managing multiple events and working to tight deadlines
Highly organised, commercially aware, and composed under pressure
Experience within B2B events preferred; background in dentistry or healthcare advantageous but not essential
