The Role

They are looking for a dynamic and technically proficient Marketing Manager / Digital Lead to join their expanding team. This role involves developing the brand identity, marketing strategy, and digital infrastructure. Responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns across all channels, overseeing website content, handling ticket sales for live events, and serving as the digital lead for all internal and external systems.

Responsibilities

  • Support the company in delivering effective marketing campaigns that drive conversions.
  • Oversee and maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring all relevant information is collected from teams.
  • Manage all digital systems within the company.
  • Serve as the lead administrator of the Salesforce CRM system.

Digital / Systems

  • Maintain and enhance digital systems for managing memberships, e-commerce, ticket sales, CRM, website, restaurant reservations, and advertising.
  • Set up and sustain the interconnectivity of systems, collaborating with developers and implementers to ensure seamless data transfer between platforms, improving customer profiles and automating processes.
  • Fully understand and manage all aspects of Salesforce, including CRM, invoicing, email marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Oversee the internal company tech stack to boost productivity, including team communication channels, event management templates, Office 365 implementation, and guest list creation. This will involve coordinating with external companies and IT providers.
  • Manage the website front-end, working with developers to continuously update it with new events, messaging, customer offerings, content, and data-gathering features.
  • Ensure the performance and quality of data in the database.
  • Adhere to GDPR best practices.

Marketing

  • Assist the Director in delivering all content assets according to the marketing calendar.
  • Oversee social media campaigns alongside the Social Media Executive, including posting regular photo and video content for live events, the restaurant, and overall brand-building.
  • Create and manage digital search and display ads across Google, Meta, and third-party platforms, including budget management.
  • Manage the website front-end, collaborating with developers to continuously update it with new events, messaging, customer offerings, content, and data-gathering features.
  • Pilot, test, and optimise customer journeys, tailored by client profiles and company pillars, utilising all owned and third-party channels.
  • Measure and optimise marketing campaign conversions, and create monthly marketing reports to provide insights and recommendations to the wider team.
  • Maintain weekly communication with PR agencies to ensure timely and consistent messaging across all channels.

Experience

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in a small to medium-sized firm or start-up in a Marketing or Digital Systems role, with a proven track record of successful online campaign results.
  • Extensive knowledge of web and mobile advertising.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Salesforce, and ticketing platforms.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
  • Skilled in managing and designing systems that support marketing and event planning efforts.
  • Strong proficiency with analytical tools to evaluate marketing campaigns and business performance.
  • Preferable experience in marketing for a live events venue and/or hospitality business.
