Job Overview
The Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility for two insurance brands: Gambit Insurance Solutions and Mode Insurance. This role involves collaborating with sales, marketing, and creative teams to optimize campaigns, manage partnerships, and deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, excellent project management abilities, and expertise in digital marketing, partnerships, and data analysis. Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Campaign Management
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue, focusing on increasing inbound leads and conversion rates from partnerships and marketing campaigns.
Partnership Development & Networking
  • Manage and expand partnerships with associations, networks, small businesses, influencers, and other stakeholders to amplify reach.
  • Develop structured marketing plans and performance tracking systems for partnerships.
  • Represent Gambit at conferences, exhibitions, and industry events to build relationships and promote offerings.

Paid Advertising & Conversion Optimisation
  • Design, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to maximize ROI.
  • Apply A/B testing and audience targeting experiments to improve acquisition outcomes and conversion rates.
  • Analyze data and market trends to refine campaigns and strategies.

Brand Awareness & Representation
  • Lead initiatives to enhance brand awareness and loyalty within target demographics.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure cohesive brand messaging across acquisition channels.
  • Plan and execute sponsorships, awards participation, and viral marketing campaigns to boost exposure.
  • Oversee website projects, including updates and redesigns, to align with acquisition goals.
  • Manage social media strategy and execution to increase engagement and brand interaction.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple initiatives, meet deadlines, and stay within budget.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to create data-driven, actionable strategies for growth.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in paid ads, social media, and website management.

  • Proven Success: A demonstrated track record in growth campaigns, marketing initiatives, and establishing successful commercial partnerships.
  • Insurance Experience: Desirable but not essential.
  • Startup/High-Growth Experience: Strongly preferred.
