The RoleThe company is seeking an SEO manager to report to the Head of Marketing and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities● Developing and implementing effective search engine optimisation (SEO) strategies.● Conduct keyword research to guide content teams in order to optimise website content.● Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes and liaise with the Dev team to execute the changes. ● Direct off-page optimisation projects (e.g. link-building)● Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects.● Analyse and review competitors’ content and initiate content campaigns for the company.
Experience / Requirements● Demonstrable experience in growing natural search traffic.● Deep experience and knowledge in both Technical SEO and Content SEO using both standard and current SEO practises.● Comfortable with code – Whilst you don’t require the coding skills of a developer, you will understand HTML, CSS and the workings of JavaScript. ● Excellent knowledge of SEO tools – You will be comfortable using standard SEO software packages such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEM Rush, Search● Metrics and know how to get value from them. ● Experience in owning SEO KPIs, and effective reporting of SEO performance to stakeholders across the business.● Proven experience as SEO Manager or similar role.● Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, GSC)
