The RoleThe company is recruiting a PPC Specialist to take responsibility for paid search advertising for the company as well as for maximising profits from online sales. Working with the marketing team as well as supporting teams, the PPC Specialist will be responsible for strategies and campaigns that are targeted to the European and African markets.

Key Responsibilities● The PPC Specialist will take full responsibility for the company’s PPC activity● Setup, monitor and optimise the paid search campaigns● Strong understanding keyword bidding and optimisation● Build and execute a roadmap for PPC channels● Hands-on management and optimisation of paid search campaigns to drive high-quality traffic and sales to the website● A/B testing different audiences, creatives, landing pages across multiple platforms● Own reporting and analytics on campaign efficacy and drive ongoing optimisation of demand gen based on that data.● Knowledge of Amazon Search is a bonus but not essential Experience / Requirements● Minimum several years of experience managing and activating PPC / Paid Search campaigns● Strong analytical skills in order to fully optimise campaigns and ensure maximum return on investment (ROI)● Excellent communication skills and superb attention to detail.● Performance-based mindset; ability to understand the levers that drive performance and the actions needed to optimise campaigns (audience, bids/budgets, creative, conversion rate levers)● Experience with complex problem solving, analysing data/information, and presenting conclusions effectively. ● Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement, backing up proposals with good data
