The Role / ResponsibiliesThe PPC Manager will have overall responsibility for all of the company paid search channels (including discovery and shopping campaigns) and oversee our Search Agency driving strategic synergies. You will lead PPC planning strategy as well as optimisations, measurement and reporting, optimising efficiency, creative strategy, and performance to deliver best in class and on brand communication and creative across all channels.

Key Responsibilities● Building, optimising, and scaling paid Search, Discovery and Google Shopping campaigns that perform● Own your performance channels across all markets, from budgeting and planning to execution, working closely with the regional marketing, sales teams, and advertising leadership to deliver the best results/ROAS● Hands-on management and optimisation of paid search campaigns to drive high-quality leads and pipeline for the business● Own reporting and analytics on marketing efficacy and drive ongoing optimisation of demand gen based on that data● Report on the performance of each channel and of the overall media mix for the country and provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders Experience / Requirements● Several years managing PPC campaigns end to end● Performance-based mindset; ability to understand the levers that drive performance and the actions needed to optimise campaigns (audience, bids/budgets, creative, conversion rate levers)● University degree Qualification(s) in business-related fields or equivalent● Superb attention to detail● Experience with complex problem solving, analyzing data/information, and presenting conclusions effectively. Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, backing up proposals with good data● Fluent in English, additional languages (German, Italian, French or Swedish) are a plus● Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Desirable Experience (but not required)● Excellent knowledge and understanding of media costing and efficiency – ROAS, CPC, CPV, ITP etc● Understand audience definitions and efficacy● Proficient in data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI and Data Studio● A good understanding of consumer electronics/eCommerce● Ability to work effectively at both the strategic and operational levels● Excellent analytical brain, good at spotting trends or anomalies in data● An enthusiastic and high energy individual with a strong drive to collaborate● Ability to work in multi-national and multi-cultural environment ● Confident to work independently● Ability to motivate agency partners and continuously drive improved performance● Experienced and confident to share knowledge and insights with the wider team and senior management● Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skillS● A match to our culture – high energy and flex, fantastic at communication and huge amounts of drive.
