The CompanyThe client is a leading DIY ecommerce business. They are a multi-award winning brand that have a focus on employee wellbeing.
The RoleThe Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for planning and executing the marketing strategy across multiple channels using all digital marketing channels. This role will include working with on and offline marketing campaigns to target their specific customer group. This will include national and international marketing.
Responsibilities● Managing other team members● Following and developing the current marketing campaigns from implementation to execution● Managing Exhibitions/Events● Developing campaigns to increase delegate acquisition for events● Managing Marketing Budget●Working with suppliers to build out a pipeline of activities aligned to their overall strategic goals●Keeping up to date with changes in the digital trends and developments●Maintenance of SEO and Google AdWords Campaigns for organic and PPC activity●Developing proactive strategies and driving qualified traffic to their in-house sales team●Producing valuable and engaging content for their websites, email campaigns, sales material, corporate literature and blog that attracts and converts their target customers
Experience/Requirements●Educated to degree level to a minimum 2:2 in a subject strongly related to Marketing●Minimum 3 years’ experience in a digital or general marketing role, preferably in a managerial position●Experience managing the workflow of others and coordinating tasks●Experience managing website content, online advertising, and social media channels
