The company is looking for a full-time Ecommerce Listing Specialist (Marketing/ Data Administration) to work from their head office in Kent.
The RoleThe ideal candidate will have exceptional skills in database and spreadsheet management as well as demonstrated ability to write copy in line with brand voice guidelines. The role will consist of 8 hour days Monday to Friday.It would be advantageous for a candidate to have an understanding of listings procedures within third-party selling platforms such as Amazon and eBay.The company is looking for a candidate who is highly driven and positive. The ideal candidate will be ready to work in a small and agile team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day tasks related to product listings, customer service, and various other admin duties.

Responsibilities ● Creating and uploading digital content on all online channels, ensuring everything is uploaded and merchandised on time. Writing unique product descriptions and other product specifications. Preparing suitable product images● Resolving all issues related to the product catalogue, including suppressed, blocked, or problems related to the product data accuracy● Real-time client and order support, answering client questions● Generating and monitoring return reports, seller rating reports, claims reports and presenting them to the managers● Any other relevant admin task

Experience/Requirements●Bachelor’s Degree in a computer subject or equivalent experience● Advanced understanding of Spreadsheets and Database software● Strong written communication skills for internal communications and customer facing copy
