The CompanyThe client is an established B2B wholesaler. They are looking for an E-commerce person to lead the marketing team.
The RoleIn this role you will be responsible for the execution of merchandising and marketing plans in line with the core brand strategies for the ecommerce site. There will also be a focus on implementing solutions that improve the operating model and provide features that support wider business opportunities.
Responsibilities ● Identifying trading market insights via site analytics and regular competitor analysis to provide strategic recommendations to the Senior team● Capturing and reporting market conditions to ensure that merchandising, content, and marketing relate to trends of Trade and Retail customers that inform trading plans● Providing detailed analysis of key business drivers● KPI reporting to ensure contribution targets are achieved● Working collaboratively with other teams to secure supply chains● Delivering excellent service through the execution of co-operative plans
Experience/Requirements●Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, Affiliates, Social and email marketing strategies●Experience in B2C eCommerce and working with internal and external digital marketing teams●Good written and oral communication●Ability to learn new business areas, expand current applied experience and communicate effectively to all potential audiences●Experience of both retail and trade sectors is desirable
