The RoleIn this role, you will lead the overall online marketing strategy and activities of the company’s brand, including Paid Search, social media, SEO, email activity, affiliate networks, partnership marketing, and online PR to increase revenue and passenger volumes.
The Online Marketing Manager will also ensure the company website is kept up-to-date and accurate at all times.

Key Responsibilities● Create, execute and monitor marketing campaign budgets as agreed with the Head of Product and Commercial and Sales and Marketing manager.● Design, deliver and manage paid social media campaigns within the marketing budget. ● Manage paid search accounts, including: Google Ads, FB Ads, Instagram, YouTube. ● Create campaigns and improve through A/B tests and refine successive campaigns to achieve successful ROI. ● Carry out regular reports on a weekly, monthly and ad hoc basis on performance of the digital channels (or more frequently in case of urgent situations) providing insights & optimisation recommendations as well. ● Report to the Head of Product and Commercial, IT Manager and Sales and Marketing manager. ● Maintain and develop social media and digital media presence. ● Oversee the day-to-day management of social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Blogger/currently being moved to the web site blog section and YouTube channels. ● Ensure that any new sales messages and products are published and distributed to all digital customer audiences.● Constantly work on SEO improvements of the web sites. Edit current pages on the web sites to improve on the search engine optimization requirements.● Create new content/landing pages where required. Make sure our web site maintains the top search engine position on key for the business search phrases.● Website reporting (using Google Analytics, Data Studio, Search console and Excel) including producing statistics on traffic volumes and booking figures.
