Key Responsibilities● Develop, implement, and deliver a digital strategy for business growth and increased revenue● Own the performance metrics and insights of the business – identifying trends &opportunities, reporting, and guiding the company and its’ rehab websites to success.● Create new business opportunities through conversion of incoming site traffic via leadgeneration and SEO opportunities● Guide the development team to ensure milestones are met, projects progress on time andbudget.● Translate commercial practicality and real-world business needs into web development.● To frequently analyse our market and competition to create new strategies and opportunitiesto drive business success
Experience / Requirements Required● Experience at a senior level of leading web development projects.● 7+ years experience within a marketing/ digital marketing agency or similar practice, in managing teams, and in winning new business ● Demonstrable proof of delivering better customer journeys and experiences.● Demonstrable proof of growing client business by performance management.● Expertise in performance growth● Good depth of knowledge and experience across marketing platforms (e.g. Bing Ads) and the Google Stack (Google Workspace, Google Data Studio, Google Ads, Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Sheets)● Good depth of knowledge and experience across both UX and UI (Google Optimise, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, etc.)● Fluent with WordPress websites to manage our website portfolio● Strong analytical knowledge, with experience in tracking the ROI of digital marketing.investment and creating and maintaining comprehensive results dashboards
