The CompanyOur client is a leading ecommerce and SaaS SME. They have multiple clients across numerous industries from big brands to start-ups, helping them grow. As a rapidly growing business, they are now looking to deliver ambitious plans.
The RoleThe Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the conversation rates of website visitors into leads.
Responsibilities● Fully managing marketing content generation across a range of marketing channels.● Managing CRM platform optimization.● Leading the performance marketing activities through agencies across Paid Media (PPC, Paid Social) and SEO to deliver effective conversions● Analysing insights, trends, market analysis and best practice to build successful marketing. Reporting regularly on performance including monthly and quarterly dashboards.● Advising on website UX and design.
Experience/Requirements● First-rate writing skills to deliver best-in-class content, experience of working closely with creative agencies as well as multiple stakeholders. ● Demonstrate experience creating impactful campaigns to secure customer acquisition, managing SEO/SEM, Email, social media and PPC campaigns.● Ability to lead a team whilst achieving targets.● Proven track record of Design and UX led projects.● Proven ability to collaborate with marketing campaign teams to understand goals, implement programs and provide concise post-campaign reporting.●Good knowledge of HTML and on-site web development, with the ability to understand the key changes required to improve site performance and manage this with on-site teams.
