The RoleThis growing brand is looking for a digital marketing individual with a passion for managing multiple digital channels. Reporting to the CRM Manager, it is essential you can work in a fast-paced e-commerce business that will allow you to support the marketing team in driving the business forward at a rapid rate.
Responsibilities ● Support the CRM Manager with the implementation of the digital strategy● Manage the content and merchandising on the website, including product and pricing information● Improve the end-to-end customer journey online, through UX and A/B testing● Work with the CRM Manager to create fresh engaging content across several channels and implement the SEO strategy● Develop and execute key marketing campaigns with the Marketing team● Analyse the websites’ performance and identify areas for improvement● Support the CRM Manager with improving marketing attribution
Experience/Requirements● Strong understanding of current online strategies, on mobile eCommerce best practice● Experience of using CMS tools and developing and managing website content● Experience of using marketing automation platforms for website and digital advertising ● Experience in writing copy optimised for websites and various digital channels● Previous experience in a similar digital role in a fast-paced, commercially focused e-commerce business● Good knowledge of and experience in digital marketing channels, including social media, search engine optimisation and non-search paid media● Good knowledge of third party reporting tools and analytics platforms including Google Analytics● Experience developing content plans
