The RoleReporting directly to the Head of Growth, you will be responsible for working closely with our cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives to drive our brand presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities● Owning the vision, strategy and gaining insight into our customer’s needs to effectively market position the business● Creating compelling product messaging that sets new products apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling point● Optimising the company’s website and product using analytics to influence the conversion funnel experience aligning to business goals● Taking new product development processes from conception to launch● Analysing data, running surveys and interviewing customers to strategise plans accordingly
Experience / Requirements● 5+ years’ experience of developing marketing strategies, ideally in a hyper-growth start-up● Hands-on experience with website optimisation and ability to build a CRO program from the ground up● UX design experience● Strong understanding of the FinTech sector● A high standard of written and spoken English
