They cut the time it takes to file taxes down to a few minutes. Manager of B2B Growth. They are currently seeking a B2B Growth Manager to join their team.
The RoleReporting directly to the Head of B2B, you will be responsible for finding new and innovative ways to increase user growth and meet company goals. Every day you’ll work with our cross-functional teams to collaborate on new and existing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities● Uncover and leverage new channels and opportunities to accelerate growth and manage the team’s efforts to fulfil the opportunities● Manage existing channels and ensure they are used effectively (PPC, paid media, email/LinkedIn & media relations)● Run surveys and the interviewing of customers to refine our B2B messaging, product and pricingEnsure the right data infrastructure is in place for the B2B team.● Provide recommendations and data trends/insights across channels for sales programs, sales materials, product improvements, and content development● Create and execute GTM strategies for new product launches● Collaborate with the Content team for creative campaigns● Ideate, test, measure, learn and repeat growth hacks● Oversee lead generation experiments, including lead magnets, Email/LinkedIn campaigns and increasing referrals.● Set growth goals and report on key metrics
Experience / Requirements● 4+ years B2B SaaS/Technology-based marketing experience ideally in a hyper-growth start-up.● Strong understanding of the FinTech sector● Capable of independently managing multiple projects, delivering on deadlines● Experience leading and managing a team (running 1-2-1s, goal setting etc.) ● Solid understanding of modern (digital) marketing techniques (PPC, SEO)● A high standard of written and spoken English
