What will the role entail?They are looking for an CRM Specialist to help drive their ambitious growth plans. You will be an important part of a growing team to meet company goals. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for the entire end-to-end marketing communications for the email marketing and Hubspot and ensure maintaining relationships with stakeholders.

You will enjoy working here if…● You have an interest in Tech and want to work for a high-growth a start-up● You have a track-record of managing CRM and email campaigns end-to-end including marketing automation and lead nurturing Key Responsibilities● Responsible for the entire lifecycle marketing strategy for all customer groups● Create and maintain personalised campaigns that drive conversions● Responsible for newsletter execution and B2B/B2C marketing initiatives ● Manage to A/B test for email marketing campaigns using HubSpot to increase customer engagement and boost retention metrics● Data management and interpretation to deliver in-depth analysis and tactics for future campaigns ● Collaborate with different stakeholder groups to maximise a multi-channel strategy and drive results across different channels● Supervise new product creation while integrating different tools to marketing communications strategy Experience / Requirements● Several years experience in Email Marketing, CRM Marketing, or another related role in the marketing background● In-depth knowledge of HTML● Experience with email automation tools to deploy emails, data visualisation tools and reports ● Expertise in advanced email and digital marketing trends What’s in it for you?● Competitive salary ● Great location● Breakfast bar● Unlimited drinks on Fridays● Regular team lunches, company outings and seasonal parties● The opportunity to work with an experienced team and build a leading market product● Early team option scheme● Opportunity to contribute to the company and role
