The CompanyOur client is a B2C International Ecommerce start-up. They are now in need of a CRM Manager to join their established marketing team and lead the retention for the business.
The RoleAs the CRM Manager, you will lead the CRM strategy for the business using multiple channels and touchpoints. Email automation will be the main tool to drive their key metrics and give their customers the best possible experience.
Responsibilities● Work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop the CRM strategy● Continuously improve automated email workflows, and identify new opportunities for automated targeting● Develop targeted email segments and A/B testing● Improve the campaign personalisation with the aim of having fully personalised campaigns● Work closely with other members of the marketing team to deliver campaigns● Measure and analyse ROI from campaigns and reporting on performance● Evolve the CRM strategy to provide an effective sales funnel from acquisition and lead generation to maximising customer lifetime value● Identify new channels to drive existing customer engagement
Experience/Requirements● Several years experience working in email automation/CRM related role● Full understanding of email automation, ideally using a system like DotDigital or similar● Impeccable eye for detail● Solid experience with Google Analytics● Team management experience would be a distinct advantage
