What will the role entail?
The successful candidate will report to the Director of Product Marketing, communicate with marketing, product, and leadership teams, and manage their own content marketing team to drive growth and increase audience engagement on all platforms. The Head of Content Marketing will also examine current strategies and create new ones to retain an integrated brand image that fits into the company brand. It is also a great opportunity for someone who will enjoy working in an inclusive company with a friendly environment You will enjoy working here if… ● You enjoy working with a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment● You are data-driven, creative, and a critical thinker Key Responsibilities ● Build on our existing content calendar to ensure we have the right content coverage (topics and type) and cadence for all of our key buyer personas. ● Execute the calendar by developing a robust yet agile content creation process● Improve existing promotion and distribution frameworks. This includes ownership of on-page SEO and keyword strategies. ● Work in partnership with Growth Marketing to promote and distribute all content as effectively as possible● Report on content performance, bringing insights and learning to the wider team.● Deliver recommendations and new ideas on how we need to change our content approach to drive leads and increase conversion rate. ● Recruit and develop a diverse, high-performing content marketing team and freelancing agents from writers to videographers to social media specialists. Experience / Requirements
Required● Demonstrate 5+ years of experience developing and executing long-term content strategies that deliver results.● 2+ years of experience managing people● Experience delivering content for a broad spectrum of technical and business personas● Comfortable planning and working video content into a content calendar ● Comfortable with data analysis and implementation
Preferred● Experience with a commercial IaaS / PaaS / Cloud API product ● Experience working with Developer Relations and Developer Education teams ● Experience in early to mid-stage venture-backed startups What’s in it for you?
