The Role● Management of the content marketing including social media.
● Management of the SEO including link building
● Liaise with agencies to enhance the PPC and Paid Social strategy.
● Further develop new ways to drive traffic to the company website and lead conversion via the automation platform
● Create online content including, blogs and videos
● Develop and manage email/ CRM and social media marketing campaigns.
● Support in the development and implementation of webinars.
● Use Google Analytics to leverage website data

Required Experience● A strong background in digital marketing.
● Social Media Management including Linkedin and Twitter.
● Strong experience and success in content creation across Social Media, Blogs, Email Marketing
● A background managing CRM/ Automation campaigns end-to-end.
● Experience managing agencies with PPC/ Paid Social campaigns
● Experience creating content and using multiple CMS (Content Management Systems)

Interviews for the .NET Developer will take place remotely over Microsoft Team’s - the role also offers 2-3 days working from home. This role does not provide sponsorship and is looking for someone who is eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities- Support the Digital Manager with the development and implementation of the retention strategies for the company- Identify opportunities for existing and new tactical and automated CRM programmes - Implement data analysis and email marketing best practices- Support with coordinating all aspects of database management- Create fresh, engaging and effective email creative for each new campaign- Deliver insightful creative briefs to external agencies- Co-ordinate the email approval process to ensure emails are signed off in a timely manner

The Role● Strategize and implement a B2B digital marketing strategy focused around developing leads with a focus on SEO, CRM, Paid Social and PPC/Paid Search.
● Create and develop a content marketing strategy ensuring that all web properties are optimised for the SEO strategy
● Develop ways to reduce the CPA and increase the ROI
● Create and develop the CRM campaigns and manage end-to-end

The Role● Managing Paid Social campaigns across multiple sites including Facebook and Instagram
● Implementing the Paid Social strategy for the UK Market
● Campaign reporting to various stakeholders in the business
● Continual optimisation of the campaigns.
● Manage the strategy and drive high quality traffic to core sites via social media platforms

Experience● Ideally 2+ years managing Paid Social campaigns end-to-end
● Ability to work to multiple deadlines and under pressure
