About the Role
The company is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with expertise in HubSpot and WordPress to enhance its digital strategy. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the individual in this role will be responsible for executing impactful marketing campaigns targeted at financial decision-makers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive growth through HubSpot CRM, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
  • Manage and optimise HubSpot campaigns, including email automation, landing pages, and lead nurturing.
  • Oversee the company’s WordPress website, ensuring content is optimised for SEO and user engagement.
  • Run and refine PPC campaigns across Google and LinkedIn Ads to maximise ROI.
  • Monitor and enhance SEO rankings to improve organic traffic.
  • Grow and manage the company’s LinkedIn presence by creating compelling and engaging content.
  • Track and analyse marketing performance, providing insights to continuously improve strategies.
Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot (CRM, automation, email marketing).
  • Proficiency in WordPress for content management and optimisation.
  • Experience with SEO best practices and tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
  • Strong analytical skills to track marketing performance and optimise conversion rates.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
