About the Role:
The Senior Product Manager will play a crucial role in defining and executing a strategy to create market-leading products that address real consumer needs through innovative digital gaming experiences. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who intuitively understands how gamification and singing can combine to engage and delight fans and singers around the world.
In this position, the Senior Product Manager will lead a team, collaborate with key stakeholders, shape product strategy, and create go-to-market plans. They will make informed decisions on whether to build, buy, or partner, and ensure the creation of scalable systems for seamlessly integrating new technologies. The role involves overseeing multiple programs, managing business impact, and mentoring the Product team to achieve their goals and drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful and innovative consumer-facing products.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO/Founder to transform ideas and concepts into actionable strategies and features.
  • Manage a range of projects, from quick-turnaround experimental initiatives to larger-scale strategic programs.
  • Implement agile best practices, working with both in-house and remote teams, along with development partners, ensuring effective communication and responsiveness.
  • Oversee product plans, roadmaps, and releases, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely execution.
  • Provide regular reports to the executive team on program progress, KPIs, and team performance.
  • Develop junior team members through training, mentoring, and regular feedback.
  • Be hands-on when needed, demonstrating resilience, determination, and positivity to inspire the team.

About the Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in start-up environments, particularly in mobile game development, and a proven track record of building cross-platform products. Experience with free-to-play mobile games is a plus. The candidate will have a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the mobile gaming industry and will bring a creative approach to features, engagement, and monetisation. A passion for both music and technology, combined with a continuous drive for learning and growth, is essential for success in this role.
