Head of Social

The Company
The company is a fast growing marketing agency working with multiple B2C blue-chip brands and SME’s. They specialise in content production and creating short form content with innovative strategies to deliver impressive results for their industry clients. 
The Role
The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will launch the companies performance marketing, social media management and paid social division. They will play a critical role in managing the distribution of content across various social media platforms for all of their clients.
Responsibilities● Create and manage strategic media plans, pages and distribution strategies for their clients to build successful pages across multiple social media platforms● Develop the business plan, strategy and vision for the division to achieve a high level of growth● Grow existing and new client relationships and establish new business to hit business plan targets● Manage the full newly formed social division, starting with 1 media executive, a few starting client accounts and an initial small pot of investment capital● Own P&L responsibility of the division reporting monthly and quarterly to management and the group's main board respectively● Help curate content ideas for the production team that will perform and engage inline with clients social media strategy● Maximise clients paid media spend with innovative and up to date paid strategies● Develop effective and efficient data analysis and metric reporting system for clients including ROAS and ROI reporting
Experience/RequirementsRequired● In depth understanding of most social media platforms including Instagram, Youtube, Facebook and Linkedin● 1-2 years experience of managing social media teams● 2-3 years minimum of experience in a social media role● High level of understanding of paid media and managing digital ad spend● In depth knowledge of Google Ads platform and Facebook Ads Manager.● Fluency in Office or Gsuite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)Preferred● Automotive client experience preferential● TikTok experience and understanding also preferable

Social Media and Content Manager

The CompanyThe client is an exciting technology start-up within the music industry. Having launched only a few years ago, they are on track to become one of the fastest growing UK tech businesses. They are now looking for a Social Media and Content Manager to join the team. 
The Role Our client is looking for an experienced Social Media and Creative Content Manager. This role will include media planning and buying as well as management of content and reporting with content creation at the heart of the role. The role is based in Central London and the successful candidate will work alongside the existing social lead and will report to the Marketing Director. 
Responsibilities● Create and design engaging creative assets for social media, digital media, newsletters, support material for the sales team and the website. ● Support the development of the social media strategy and content strategy. Working alongside the Social Lead and Marketing Director.● Media planning: profiling, targeting, buying, managing and optimising media on key platforms. This includes: Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and LinkedIn. ● Frequent monitoring of performance and measurement. Including producing reports and optimising creative based on performance to exceed performance metrics. ● Keeping ahead of the latest platforms, content trends and features. 
Experience/RequirementsRequired● Digital asset production including graphic design and video editing.● Ability to create engaging content for social media with a proven track record of success.● Ability to contribute to the full creative process. Including developing ideas and producing content.● Experience in media planning and buying across all channels.● Analytical, able to analyse and utilise data to help adapt and optimise creative and inform future decisions. ● Skilled at creative copywriting.● Strong understanding of more emerging platforms such as Twitch.Preferred● Ideally experienced with B2B marketing but with a passion for music.● Italian speaking is a plus!

The Role
Our client is looking for a Social Media Specialist who has a creative and strategic mind, who is always curious about the latest social trends. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for increasing their brand awareness by managing a social media strategy and getting their audience to talk about them.
● Planning and implementing a Social Media Strategy● Managing the ins and out of their social media● Calendar with correct scheduling and social calendar optimisation● Ideating what the content should look like● Writing copy● Posting and Community management
