CRM Manager 

    £40k - £45k 

The CompanyOur client is a B2C International Ecommerce start-up. They are now in need of a CRM Manager to join their established marketing team and lead the retention for the business.
The RoleAs the CRM Manager, you will lead the CRM strategy for the business using multiple channels and touchpoints. Email automation will be the main tool to drive their key metrics and give their customers the best possible experience.
Responsibilities● Work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop the CRM strategy● Continuously improve automated email workflows, and identify new opportunities for automated targeting● Develop targeted email segments and A/B testing● Improve the campaign personalisation with the aim of having fully personalised campaigns● Work closely with other members of the marketing team to deliver campaigns● Measure and analyse ROI from campaigns and reporting on performance● Evolve the CRM strategy to provide an effective sales funnel from acquisition and lead generation to maximising customer lifetime value● Identify new channels to drive existing customer engagement
Experience/Requirements● Several years experience working in email automation/CRM related role
● Full understanding of email automation, ideally using a system like DotDigital or similar
● Impeccable eye for detail
● Solid experience with Google Analytics
● Team management experience would be a distinct advantage

The RoleIn this role, you will join the marketing team and lead on all Email and CRM activity. This will include campaign marketing and managing customer journey communications. You will create a personalised and enjoyable experience for all customers.
Responsibilities● Crafting triggered, automated and campaign marketing activity● Managing & optimising a CRM strategy● Ensuring email marketing campaigns achieve business goals and monthly KPIs● Devising and implementing tests to increase all performance metrics● Aiding the growth of the email marketing database● Working alongside in-house designers & writers to produce compelling content for emails ● Liasing with the other channel marketers and departments to align messaging and maximise customer engagement across the journey. 
Experience/Requirements● Experience in an email marketing role● Experience using an ESP such as Mailchimp or Dot Digital● Experience segmenting databases● Knowledge of CRM systems● Excellent copywriting skills ● Data driven approach to email marketing ● Experience monitoring and improving email deliverability metrics

The Role / ResponsibilitiesBy managing email, SMS and push communications, as well as optimizing the eCommerce, you will be responsible for the CRM strategy. This aims to drive extra sales and increase retention rates as the company grows in all 3 markets (UK, Germany and France). You would be reporting to the Marketing Director.

Key Responsibilities:Planning/developing the CRM strategy for active, lapsed and new customers across email, SMS and push, and other marketing channels to increase the retention rate.● Own the extra sales plan including website content, marketing messages and customer journey Implementation● Manage the end-to-end production of email campaigns including briefing, segmentation, scheduling, A/B testing and deployment● Own and optimise the email calendar and testing plans (including offer, messaging, products, targeting and frequency)● Project manage website improvements to increase retention rates analysis● Analyse & track the effectiveness of email, SMS, push and other marketing activity and make recommendations for future activity● Monitor email channel performance relative to spam complaints, bounces, spam traps, blacklisting, and spam/junk filtering

Experience● Several years experience in CRM in direct-to-consumer brand● Significant demonstrable hands on experience using marketing technology, ESPs, and systems● Excellent relationship management skills with multiple teams, with fantastic communication and organisational skills● Strong experience with day-to-day campaigns across email, SMS and push notifications● Excellent analytical skills and the ability to report back to stakeholders on performance● Agile and able to manage multiple work streams simultaneously● Excellent time management and organizational skills● Passionate about customer experience
